Structural Adhesive – methacrylate
A multi-purpose, two part structural methacrylate adhesive that produces durable bonds with high mechanical strength, good flexibility, toughness and surface adhesion.
It can be used on ‘as received’ parts, including plastics, metals and many other materials in any combination (see below).
AJett 5300 can withstand thermal cycling and shock loadings between dissimilar materials. It will resist temperatures from -55 to +120°C continuously and up to 200°C for 15 to 20 minutes in a typical paint bake cycle.
AJett 5300 is a solvent free formulation with a five minute ‘open time’ that cures at room temperature in under 15 minutes without the need for heating or UV radiation.
There is no post cure residue to remove, so eliminating additional finishing.
