AJett Activator 901 will increase cure speeds and cure adhesive outside the bond line. Primer 900 improves adhesion on difficult-to-bond materials.
AJett 900 Polyolefin primer for plastics
A specially formulated water-thin and brushable solvent for pre-application with AJett cyanoacrylate adhesives to bond polyolefins. AJett 900 improves the adhesives’ bonding performance on difficult to bond polyolefin plastics such as polypropylene, high and low density polyethylene and PTFE as well as thermoplastic rubber materials and EPDM. Touch dry almost immediately, AJett 900 can be used with AJett 500 cyanoacrylate adhesive to achieve, in many cases, substrate failure of bonded assemblies.
Typical uses With AJett 500, bonding ‘greasy’ plastics.

AJett 901 increases the cure speed of AJett instant adhesives, especially in conditions of under 5°C or if the gap is large. AJett 901 can also be used after assembly to cure the adhesive outside the bond line.
Typical uses Joining EPDM or TPE gaskets. Assembly of wax castings prior to shelling. Tacking plastic components in position. Making ‘O’ rings.
