AJett anaerobic products are readily available in 50 ml plastic bottles (accordion
packs for products 311 and 408); some anaerobics are also available in 10 ml

Logical code numbers
If you are ever confused by the code numbers that adhesive manufacturers
give to their products, look at how the much simpler AJett system works
The
first digit represents the type of product:
Code Product
type
100 series Threadlocking
200 series Retaining
300 series Sealing
400 series Gasketing
500 series Instant
adhesives
700
series Epoxies
900 series Activators
and primers
The
second two digits represent a product’s
strength*
the larger the number, the higher its
strength
(in N.m or N/mm²).:
Code Strength **
0x 0
to 9
1x 10
to 19
2x 20
to 29
3x 30
to 39
* Not instant adhesives or primers. **Average value.
MIL specification
AJett products comply with existing US military specifications.
Conversion factors
Pressure or stress
N/mm² x 145 = lb/in² (psi) x 0.00689 = N/mm².
MPa (MN/m²) x 145 = lb/in² (psi) x 0.00689 = MPa (MN/m²).
Torque
N.m x 8.85 = lb.in x 0.113 = N.m.
Viscosity
cP = mPa.s (centipoise = millipascal seconds).
